We are currently recruiting for an exciting role for a Medical Supplier based in Bingham. Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to help with their day-to-day HR activities which includes but is not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Absence Management and being the main HR point of contact.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR experience with Level 3 CIPD and able to work independently. In return, you will receive a generous salary along with 25 days holiday, free health testing and a hybrid working model.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment; advertise roles, review CVs, and conduct interviews
  • Prepare contracts and support with the onboarding of new starters
  • Conduct return to work interview quality checks
  • Monitor holiday use and calculate accurate holiday entitlement
  • Provide HR reports

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience
  • Level 3 CIPD achieved or working towards
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Able to work independently

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Up to c£28,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham
