Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and monitor recruitment advertising campaigns
• Play an active role in the interviewing process with Hiring Managers
• Consult with Hiring Managers on scoping requirements for positions
• Prepare and conduct Social Media advertising campaigns
• Screen and shortlist candidates for interview

Skills & Experience

• A track record of performing a recruitment role, whether that be in-house or agency
• Knowledge of the high-end retail sector preferred
• Be an pro-active character with the ability to communicate with candidates of all levels
• Hold excellent stakeholder management skills to build the best internal relationships
• Have a strong awareness for creating and upholding brand identity
