Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert software support via phone and email to a range of external clients
• Liaise with the Sales and Development teams to identify client needs and requirements
• Carry out internal IT office support, including but not limited to acquiring and setting up new hardware, software upgrades and cloud user management migration/upgrades
• Write concise technical templates on behalf of client recommendations
• Undergo regular internal training to maintain up to date product knowledge of company’s software

Skills & Experience 

• Formal IT related qualification desirable but time served experience considered
• Avid interest in all things IT
• Demonstrable template writing skills highly desirable
• Previous similar experience is desirable but not essential
• Enthusiastic about keeping up to date with the latest technologies
• Drive to develop personal skills
