Working hours are Monday to Friday, operating between the opening hours of 9:00am to 7:00pm. On occasions, weekend shifts will be required to suit the demands of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Complete management of the service desk team, from on boarding new staff to mentoring and team development
• Management of all escalations and support senior support staff with a variety of projects
• Ensure improvement initiatives are followed and actively highlighted
• Improving and maintaining procedures

Skills & Experience 

• Previous experience with management responsibilities in a Service Desk environment
• Confident communicator and decision maker
• Demonstrable understanding of IT security processes
• Understanding of ITIL standards
• Flexible with working hours

These offices are not easily accessible via public transport; therefore a driving licence and own transport is highly desirable.

Hours: Monday-Friday between 9:00am-7:00pm + occasional weekends

Salary: c£28,000 per annum D.O.E
