Roles & Responsibilities 

• Lead multiple Agile and Waterfall projects from concept to completion, including migrations, integrations, disaster recovery and IMACD
• Chair weekly project meetings and outline phased objectives
• Act as primary contact for Senior stakeholders and agree pre contractual requirements as well as deal with any ongoing queries or issues
• Liaise frequently with other internal departments, including non-technical heads
• Provide ongoing technical support to project teams, identifying and fulfilling training needs
• Ensure company standards are maintained and projects are delivered in full adherence to precontract agreements

Skills & Experience

• Proven industry background in IT services or SaaS
• Holder of Prince 2 Project Management qualification
• Proven experience in working on Agile and Waterfall projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on all senior levels
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Professional level of technical understanding with regards to MS domain infrastructure, including Office 365, Azure, MS Exchange and SharePoint
• Confident negotiation skills, including financial discussion points
