Remote Italian and Portuguese speaking Customer Service Executive – global retail brand!

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working for a great employer in Nottingham. Our client is looking to expand their busy team by recruiting an Italian-speaking Customer Service professional to join their growing B2B Customer Service team. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am- 4:00pm. It would be a BIG bonus if you were also fluent in Portuguese, however working knowledge will suffice.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of c£24,000 as well as a fantastic benefits package to include career progression opportunities and a laid back but professional working environment. Training will be provided for this role. Our client is also offering remote working if you are not based near Nottingham.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in their native language, over the phone and by email to resolve any queries
• Respond promptly and efficiently to queries from business and customers
• Liaise closely with customers to keep them up to date with special offers, new products and available stock
• Authorise credit notes for commercial reasons, strictly following the company’s guidelines and rules

Skills & Experience

• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Fluency or knowledge of Portuguese advantageous but not essential
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to handle complaints
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
