We are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international company based in Nottingham City Centre. Our client offers a professional but laid-back approach.

They are looking for candidates who are fluent in Italian with strong customer service skills.

There are fantastic career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be given. This role with be working remote, with the occasional trip to their HQ in Nottingham!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Resolve customers enquiries via telephone and email in an efficient and effective manner
  • Liaise with internal staff
  • General administration tasks
  • Contribute to improve the overall efficiency of the customer support systems and processes

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Italian and English essential
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Team work skills
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
