Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the pre travel departure ownership of itinerary and timings.
• Calculate timings to accurately make bookings and reservations
• Coordinate and plan full bookings and events with clear instruction
• Communicate with accommodation providers regarding client requirements
• Answer inbound telephone enquiries
• Develop and maintain key relationships with clients and providers

Skills & Experience

• Fluency in Italian
• Experience within Ski resorts or selling ski products
• Previous experience within the travel sector
• Multilingual with another European language highly desirable
• Good communication skills
• Work on own initiative and take responsibility for individual workload
• Polite and professional telephone manner
