Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an independent, well established SaaS Consultancy firm that provide world class NetSuite solutions to a broad customer base across multiple leading industry sectors. They are looking to hire a Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant to join their team of Professionals on a full time, hybrid/remote, and permanent basis.

Their successful candidate will design and implement solutions using NetSuite functionality. They will manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, alongside designing process documentation to support solutions and integrations. They will also train NetSuite customers and their end users, along with providing ad hoc functional support as and when required. 

Their ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple NetSuite implementations and have experience with Ecommerce, WMS, Manufacturing and Financial processes in NetSuite. They will be confident building relationships and liaising with stakeholders. 

In return, you will receive a generous starting salary of up to £70,000 alongside generous benefits including non-contractual performance bonus, remote working options, pension, and a generous holiday scheme.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using NetSuite functionality workflows and add on modules 

• Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects with stakeholders 

• Design process documentation supporting complex and scalable custom solutions and integrations 

• Troubleshoot process, application, and functional issues 

• Train NetSuite customers and their end-users 

• Provide ad hoc functional support as and when required 

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working on multiple NetSuite implementations 

• Confident building good relationships and maintaining relationships with stakeholders 

• Experience with Ecommerce, WMS, Manufacturing and Financial processes in NetSuite 

• Understanding of NetSuite system integration capabilities 

• NetSuite certification (ERP Consultant Certificate, Administrator Certificate) 

• Experience writing and reviewing process documentation and design specifications
