We are on the search for a Lettings Administrator to join an established and thriving Estate Agents in Derby. Our client is looking for an organised and hardworking individual with experience working within an administration role.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, be a good team player as well as being able to work on own initiative and have a Full UK Driving Licence and have their own vehicle.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Book, confirm and carry out property viewings
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Process tenancy applications
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience

  • Organised with ability to problem solve
  • Clear communication skills
  • Administration experience is desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle

Salary: Up to c£22,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Derby
