We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Midlands, North and South of the UK. This excellent regional firm require a Branch Manager to support their friendly and growing team in Loughborough.

The role is based in their professional Loughborough Town Centre office, where alongside your c£23,500 salary, along with a generous new business commission along with Lettings commission across the Branch. You can expect a fast-paced working environment and in-house training and support from the friendly team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships between Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
• Recruiting and onboarding new members of the growing team
• Proactively create and convert new landlord and investor leads.
• Manage marketing meetings alongside the marketing team to help coordinate events.
• Review the branches’ monthly profit and loss reports with the Operations Manager
• Hold regular 121 and KPI focussed meetings in order to push team performance.

Skills & Experience

• No Previous letting experience required!
• Full clean and clear drivers License Essential
• Previous B2B sales-based experience highly desirable
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
