We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Midlands, North and South of the UK. This excellent regional firm require a Lettings Negotiator to support their friendly team in Loughborough.

The role is based in their Loughborough town centre office where, alongside your c£24,000 salary, there is a generous commission structure in place. You can expect a fast-paced working environment and in-house training and support from the friendly team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships between landlords, tenants and contractors
• Regularly conduct viewings on a range of properties
• Take initial enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Oversee all contracts and details of guarantor for potential and active tenants
• Conduct in person and teams meetings with new tenants and existing landlords

Skills & Experience

• No Previous letting experience required!
• Previous experience within an office is essential
• Full clean and clear drivers License Essential
• Previous B2B sales-based experience highly desirable
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
