The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and credit control and will be seeking the opportunity to work within a small team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle telephone queries from customers
• Complete credit control and review of accounts
• Process customer orders in a timely manner
• Liaise with clients to obtain delivery details
• Enter a range of data using MS Excel

Skills & Experience

• Experience within an office-based environment
• Previous credit control experience
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and alone
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
