Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily opening duties of the building e.g., light switch ones, alarms are working fine etc
• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the building ensuring all maintenance issues are adhered to in a timely manner
• Manage the maintenance procurement ensuring all relevant materials have been ordered
• Ensure building is compliant with all health and safety measures
• Carry out emergency lighting tests, fire alarm tests and legionella checks

Skills & Experience 

• Able to carry out all general maintenance related trades
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience performing maintenance on residential and commercial companies
• Flexibility to attend reactive out of hour calls
• Comfortable user of hand tools

Hours: Monday-Friday (Full Time)

Salary: c£24,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
