Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Specialist Building Contractor based in Nottingham who are looking to hire a Multi-Skilled Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis with opportunity of overtime. The successful candidate will attend reactive call outs, perform a range of installation and maintenance jobs, and provide excellent customer service. Due to the demands of the role, a full, clean UK driving licence will be required to apply for the role.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer and be flexible to work overtime and away as and when required.

For the position, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£31,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including a company pension scheme, fuel card, lodge cards, opportunity for overtime, and more!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend a wide range of reactive call outs on customer sites
• Install timber doors and frames, steel fire doors, a range of locks, fencing, kitchens, barriers, and floor coverings
• Maintain and repair fire doors, buildings, toilets, kitchens, and small roofs
• Build rapport with customers whilst providing excellent customer service
• Submit information on a PDA in a timely manner
• Attend training workshops to remain up to date with all training and skills required

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer
• Excellent communication both written and orally
• Flexible to work away and complete overtime
• IPAF and/or PASMA certification would be highly desirable
• Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
