They are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager with demonstrable industry knowledge of CNC machinery and demonstrable experience with electrical maintenance to join their growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of maintenance professionals
• Coordinate and carry out maintenance and service-related duties to ensure a strong functioning production operation
• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance programs for all plant and machinery on site, mainly CNC machines
• Diagnose Siemens control and HMI interface issues
• Manage the procurement process for new and spare parts in line with cost effectiveness and agreed budgets
• Organise the repair and inspection of necessary equipment
• Prioritise jobs within agreed schedules and deliver jobs on time according to SLAs
• Attend management and supervising meetings as and when required

Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of CNC machinery including ability to diagnose and maintain machines
• Experienced working with Siemens controls highly advantageous
• Hands on maintenance experience on robotic welding systems, laser cutters and material handling systems desirable
• Experience diagnosing fault machinery including reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Have a recognised engineering qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline
• Demonstrable electrical maintenance experience, including hydraulics, 3 phase systems and LV systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel within the context of managing digital records
