Our client is looking for Czech, Danish, Brazilian Portuguese, Estonian and German speaking professionals to help manage their client accounts. Our client offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 from home.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to c£26,000, plus a relocation package and an industry leading employee benefits package.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
• Support with general administration tasks as required
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in either Czech, Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, Estonian or German as well as English essential
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
