Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s customer service quality standards throughout each ticket’s lifecycle
• Train 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd line support staff on new technologies so they can confidently provide support to customers
• Actively contribute to the production and maintenance of support documentation for consistent recurring issues 

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable knowledge SSL certifications, multifactor authentication, and Group Policies
• Networking technologies including LAN/WAN, switches, and routers
• Understanding of Microsoft applications (Exchange, O365 and Active Directory)
• Prior experience with ITIL environments is desirable
