Calling all Norwegian speaking professionals!

We are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international Fashion brand who is looking to add a talented Norwegian Speaker to their team. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience working in a customer facing role as well has having the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Norwegian.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the companies’ Norwegian customers and resolve any customer queries promptly
• Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
• Support with general administration tasks as required
• Place customer orders on the bespoke system

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both verbally and written
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
