Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a market leading business based on the outskirts of Nottingham to find a passionate sales professional to expand their growing sales team in a strong period of growth.

Our client is looking for somebody who is motivated by earning money and setting goals for further achievement. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a sales or customer service role with a desire to learn a new market.

The role involves working 32 hours, Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists and website leads
• Provide information to upsell features, prices, and benefits to clients
• Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to earn exciting company bonuses and incentives

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience within a customer facing role
• A passion for sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoys a fast paced environment
• Experience within a KPI or target driven role
