This position would be perfect for an experienced practise manager, or an operations manager within a legal setting looking for a step up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Dealing with all areas of legal compliance and regulatory matters
• Day to day management of the premises
• Develop relationships with clients, communicating at all stages
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to include GDPR and Cyber Security
• Implementing strategic plans and goals for the practice
• Streamlining legal processes to improve and enhance the business

Skills & Experience

• Experience within a Practise Management position or Operations Manager position within a legal setting
• Demonstratable knowledge of the legal system
• Empathetic attitude when dealing with sensitive cases
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
