Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of the leading law firms of Solicitors who have a vast number of offices across the country. They are looking for a qualified solicitor to join their Private Client team.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a large caseload of their own clients along with assisting on wider legal processes. You will be met with a salary of up to c£40,000 with an active client base from a previous incumbent.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including Wills, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney), Deputyship Orders and Probate
• Offer tailored legal advice, safeguarding client interests through a comprehensive approach
• Perform in-depth legal research and remain informed on developments in applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee and mentor junior team members to enhance their professional growth and expertise
• Provide solutions and support for advanced technical queries across the team

Skills & Experience

• Ideally 2-3 years post qualified experience
• Experience working on a complex Private Client caseload
• Ability to lead and direct business support staff
• Self-motivated and able to organise own workload
