Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Mortgage Advisory company with offices in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Having enjoyed further success in both the residential and commercial property markets of late, our client is looking to expand its team, by hiring a talented administrator.

Duties to include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the firm’s Mortgage Brokers
  • Regularly liaise with clients, lenders and surveyors to ensure that the application process continues to run smoothly
  • Use a specialist database to ensure that all client information is up to date
  • Ensure adherence to all industry regulations
  • Undertake general administration duties when required

Background required:

  • Strong administrative background essential
  • Previous experience in the property sector desirable
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, to include the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fact paced environment

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire

Salary: c£18,000

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
