Experience working with a student property portfolio is highly advantageous. Due to the nature of the role, a full clean and clear driving license is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s portfolio of properties in line with all company legislation relating to RICS Codes of Practice and ARMA rules
• Manage and schedule workloads for the maintenance team and ensure they are fully compliant with building standards
• Attend all residential meetings and attend client sites as required
• Deal directly with issues and emergencies raised by leaseholders and residents
• Liaise with all necessary contacts in relation to accounts, budgets, expenditure and general maintenance
• Follow up and sign-up new business leads whilst maintaining strong client relationships

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Property Management
• Experience within student lettings advantageous
• Full clean UK driving license essential
• Ability to prioritise workloads and time manage effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Confident IT skills (MS Office packages including Excel, Word)
