The ideal candidate will be an experienced Lettings and viewing as well as possessing exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Roles & Responsibillities

• Being first point of contact for customers
• To provide excellent customer service and make appropriate sales.
• Arrange valuations and viewings
• Booking in appointments
• Conducting viewings
• Viewing follow-up and feedback to vendors
• Carry out potential Cross selling on suitable properties

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a viewer
• Able to work individually and within a team
• Good communication skills on all levels
• Organised and able to prioritise workload
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport essential
