The business are currently handling up to £600 million in assets with the desire to reach the £1 billion by next financial year.

This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to develop their career within Financial Advice, offering a fantastic salary of up to c£35,000 when you are up and running with the position and the ability to get out what you put into the role with quarterly bonuses, a private health insurance scheme and the opportunity to use the state of the art office facilities and use home offices in hybrid working capacities.

in this role you also have the opportunity to inherit business from an incumbent with excess capacity to earn further salary in the future.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn on the job and undertake comprehensive training in order to be able to undertake a workload from incumbents
• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients based on their individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
• Stay up-to-date with financial market trends, regulations, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Customise financial plans according to clients’ changing needs
• Follow the company’s operating policies and procedures, so that client servicing is conducted consistently and efficiently and operational risks are appropriately managed.
• Grow the number of clients served by recruiting new clients through referrals, personal networking and by making presentations to professional firms such as lawyers.

Skills & Experience

• Level 4 DipFA qualification minimum essential
• No previous experience within Financial Advice prior needed, but highly desirable
• UK Drivers license essential
• Ability to analyse, understand and disseminate complex financial data and research
• Ability to engage with and build and active client base and actively maintain.
