Duties to include

  • Answer inbound calls and signpost to the right person
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Carry out daily filing duties, to include computerised and manual filing
  • Type candidate CVs and update systems
  • Office maintenance and tidying responsibilities
  • Support consultants and management by making drinks and collecting lunch orders

Background

  • Confident and outgoing manner
  • Professional telephone voice
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent (at Grade 6/B) essential
  • A Levels or equivalent highly advantageous
