Due to an exciting period of well-earned growth, the management team at Express Recruitment are looking to recruit their newest member. We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our dynamic and forward-thinking team of experienced recruiters, as well as coach and mentor our fresh graduate consultants and resourcers.


The successful Recruitment Manager will act as a powerful support mechanism to our management team and drive day to day performance across 6 key divisions (Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Tech, Business Support, Professional Services and Temporary Recruitment) sharing our strong quality-led values, to ensure our fabulous clients have access to the best talent on the market.


Expected duties

  • Coach and lead a team of up to 10 to maximise on all recruitment opportunities
  • Ensure all vacancies and bookings are actioned within agreed turnaround times
  • Take the time to understand each clients requirements to ensure high standard of service
  • Keep in touch with a portfolio of clients and conduct regular service review meetings
  • Identify opportunities to develop the business and advise on best sales techniques
  • Assist with the composition and presentation of new business meetings and tenders
  • Effectively prioritise and support the consultants to plan workflow

You will need

  • Considerable leadership experience within internal or agency recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate a track record of talent acquisition and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a clear passion for delivering an exceptional quality of service
  • Education at A level or equivalent essential, degree level education preferred
