You will receive a fantastic starting salary of c£19,700 rising to c£21,000 after 6 months of employment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via the phone and via email
• Deal with inbound calls from customers, with regards to orders
• Ensure customers are satisfied and fully informed about the products
• Deal with customer queries and solve any problems quickly and efficiently

Skills & Experience 

• Previous customer service experience
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: c£21,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham City Centre
