Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading, family-run security business who are looking to recruit a sales professional to join their team operating across the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment, ideally having worked in the Fire/Security sector or similar, and will take responsibility for generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with new and existing customers and handling quotations.

There is an excellent benefits package on offer including a starting salary of up to £35k plus commission, company car and a competitive annual leave allowance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients both new and existing
• Introduce and promote products and services to potential customers
• Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
• Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments

Skills & Experience

• Experience within the fire and security sector advantageous
• Proven experience in a similar sales role, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
• Full UK driving license
• Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
