Express Recruitment are excited to representing a Finance Services firm based in Nottingham who are looking to hire a Salesforce Project Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations and business transformation initiatives. They will lead cross functional teams whilst maintaining project timelines, budgets, and scope, all whilst managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing Salesforce projects and have strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. They will have advanced proficiency with Project Management tools and have experience integrating Mulesoft with Salesforce.

They are offering a starting salary of up to c£65,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + stats, private healthcare, and the ability to ecru additional holidays proportional to the length of service (maximum 30).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations and business transformations initiatives
• Lead cross functional teams
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scope
• Support operational goals and internal projects
• Lead complete Salesforce implementation lifecycles
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practice and configurations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Advanced proficiency with Project Management tools including Excel, Google Sheets, MS Project, Monday.com, and JIRA
• PMP, Agile, or relevant Project Management certificate
• Experience with Mulesoft including integration with Salesforce is highly desirable
