They’re looking for someone with a hands-on approach and a commitment to making a real difference to the young people they will be working with.

Roles & Responsibilities  

• Develop and deliver bespoke learning programmes for each young individual in line with alternative curriculum guidelines
• Regularly review the development of each young person and the success of their programme
• Regularly liaise with the senior leadership team to ensure the highest quality of education is delivered to the young people
• Deliver fun and engaging tutoring to ensure best possible outcome for the young people
• Act as a mentor to the young people
• Ensure young people are effectively safeguarded at all times

Skills & Experience  

• Previous teaching experience and holder of a Level 6 qualification
• Must be flexible in your approach to learning
• Able to bring your own ideas to the role
• Passion for making a real difference to young people’s lives
• Background within education/SEN advantageous
• Must be able to drive
