Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing a Global ERP Supplier, who are looking to hire a Senior Atlassian Developer on a full time, hybrid, and permanent basis. Their successful candidate will administer and configure Atlassian tools, participate in strategic Atlassian projects, develop project plans and timelines, and integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise systems, all whilst maintaining compliance. 

Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with Atlassian tools including being Atlassian certified or similar, a strong understand of Atlassian best practices, and be able to manage and deliver strategic Atlassian projects. They will also possess an understanding of security best practices and client requirements. 

In return, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£70,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including hybrid working (have to commute to London 1-2 days per week), 38 days holiday including stats, sick pay, pension, and flexible working.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Administer and configure Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and JSM 
• Lead and participate in strategic Atlassian projects 
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations 
• Provide technical support to users 
• Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise systems and applications 
• Conduct regular system audits and health checks 
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies 
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides 
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement 
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments with Atlassian products 

Skills and Experience 

• Extensive experience with administering and configuring Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, JSM, and other related products  
• Strong understanding of Atlassian best practises 
• Experience with automation using Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting 
• Able to manage and deliver strategic Atlassian projects using methodologies including Agile and Scrum 
• Knowledge of webhooks and APIs for system integrations 
• Understanding security best practices and compliance requirements 
• Experience developing change management strategies and solutions to improve system efficiencies and user experience 
• Atlassian certified or equivalent is essential
