Our client is seeking a talented Senior IT Applications Support Engineer to help provide day to day technical support in a 3rd line environment.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Manage all incidents, requests to completion
  • Identify root cause of problems
  • Provide 3rd line technical support via phone, email and onsite
  • Create and provide detailed technical documentation
  • Handle all customer escalations

Skills & Experience 

  • Demonstrable experience with a 3rd Line role
  • Possess ITIL Foundation or SQL Server skills which is crucial
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Previous experience managing blue chip clients desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information
