Our client is looking to expand their busy team, by recruiting a Spanish speaking customer service professional to join their growing team! Duties to include:

• Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
• Support with general administration tasks as required
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area

Background:

• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Spanish essential
• Previous customer service experience advantageous
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS Office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
