Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to a wide range of users
• Appropriately escalate issues up to the correct team via ticketing system
• Consult with departments and colleagues across the business to attain the company’s high customer service standards
• Maintain up to date records of fault reports via CRM system
• Troubleshoot 1^st line software issues via remote access and email

Skills & Experience

• Confident communicator with customers and colleagues
• IT literate, including CRM systems
• Avid interest in information technology and software
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential
