Are you an energetic, outgoing customer service / sales professional with a passion for providing an excellent service to customers and enjoying selling?

We are working with a local organisation based in Ilkeston who are looking to recruit a Telesales professional to join their growing team. The role will be Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm and be based at their office.

The role will consist of processing customer orders and trying to upsell and promote other products where possible, plus a wide range of other administrative and customer service duties.

In return, you will receive a fantastic starting salary of c£21,000 with a great bonus scheme. You will also receive 25 days excluding bank holidays and pensions contributions.

Skills & Experience

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Knowledge of IT systems to include MS office
• Able to build good relationships with people
• Outgoing and energetic
