Express Recruitment are happy to be working with a well known Property Firm based in Nottingham City Centre, who are hiring for Temp to Perm Accounts Administrator to join their team as soon as possible!

This role is offering a Temp to Perm opportunity, and the temporary period will be approx. 3 months.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Manage the invoicing process on behalf of the organisation including Sales & Purchase Ledger
• Update MS Excel spreadsheets and documents with accurate financial data
• Respond to Accounts telephone and email enquiries
• Ensure company administration policies and procedures are followed
• Complete filing and scanning of various documents

Skills & Experience 

• Previous accounts or administration experience
• Experience of using MS Excel, Sage or Xero databases
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage the invoicing processes efficiently
• Strong communication skills at all levels
