Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly but small team on a temporary to permanent basis, candidates who are looking for short-term work should not apply as the successful candidate will be offered a permanent role on successful completion of the temporary period.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, as well as contacting other businesses, providing support on the renewal of their contracts for the following year. This role involves a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, making it essential for the ideal candidate to be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle business to business customer renewals
• Answer the inbound telephone line, ensuring up to date product knowledge in order to answer queries
• Assist with general administration tasks relating to customers
• Maintain company Social Media content and LinkedIn account
• Research competitors and industry experts to generate potential sales leads for others to follow up

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative or office management position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of B2B social media accounts and content creation advantageous
• Good working knowledge of MS Office systems
