Express Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a large independent Pharmaceutical Conferencing Centre who, due to continued growth and expansion, are seeking a Temp to Perm Conferencing and Events Co-ordinator to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing an excellent service standard with first class communication skills at all levels.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is driven and thrives in a busy working environment. This role is ideal for those who want to develop their career within the Hospitality or Events sector. You will be hands-on with managing and coordinating diaries and events and can work independently or as part of a team.

Our clients offices are modern, with some exciting break-out areas to include; Catering and Kitchen areas with free refreshments, sports and games tables, free on-site parking, and the opportunity to work for the company permanently after c12 weeks!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare conferencing and events rooms for business owners
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients
• Book in appointments for visitors who wish to attend their site
• Meet and greet a range of individuals on an impressive front desk
• Promote the company’s services to visitors who are attending
• Prepare and serve a range of refreshments for corporate events

Skills & Experience

• Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
• Polite and professional manner, well-presented with a positive attitude
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time and workload
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
