Express Recruitment’s temporary division are delighted to be working with a global industry leader in the Industrial Technologies field. Our client is currently looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care professional to aid their Customer Engagement department for a minimum of 6-12 months.

This position will be fully remote / work from home after the first month in assignment.

Duties to include

  • Support the customer engagement team with escalations, queries, and work requests
  • Input customer data and send to the relevant team
  • Research company information to ensure the database is up to date with no missing data
  • Update the outcome of booked work
  • Provide excellent email, live chat, and telephone-based customer service
  • Identify any areas for business improvement

Background required

  • Previous office-based customer service experience essential
  • Good keyboard skills with strong attention to detail essential
  • Previous administration experience highly desirable
  • Competent IT user with knowledge of MS Office

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

Salary: c£10.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Lenton, remote working after 1 month

Basis: Temporary for a minimum of 6 -12 months
