Express Recruitment are searching for a motivated and customer-driven Lettings Negotiator to assist with student lettings based in Nottingham. Our client has a fantastic reputation for excellence with a customer-centric approach to their services.

The ideal candidate will have previous Lettings experience and have a valid drivers license as you will be required to commute to various properties around Nottingham.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct viewings with potential tenants
• Answer queries from clients and assist with solutions
• Conduct background checks and flag any issues
• Check financial suitability of tenants
• Complete necessary paperwork prior to tenants moving in

Skills & Experience

• Strong interest in working in the property sector
• Motivated with a dedicated attitude towards work
• Passion for good customer service experience
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Able to adapt to new environments and learn quickly
