As an Outbound Telesales Executive, you’ll engage with customers from a warm database who require support and guidance, ensuring that their needs are appropriately tailored for. Working in a large team you’ll enjoy an established and collaborative workplace just outside of the Nottingham City Centre.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out outbound calls to promote services and products to customers
• Manage own customer base
• Hit and achieve KPI’s
• Follow up warm leads using the provided script

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within B2C sales advantageous
• Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
• Energetic personality
• Ability to deal and overcome challenging situations
• Confidence and resilience when working with the general public
