Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take detailed messages
• Manage diaries in for senior team members using a bespoke database
• Use MS Office to create letters and referral documents
• Type confidential patient details onto bespoke system
• Complete filing, faxing and photocopying duties when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience, or educated to degree level or equivalent
• Competent IT skills including MS Office
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of managing own workload effectively

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Salary: c£12.00-£14.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Derby, Derbyshire

Duration: Temporary for approx. 12 weeks, potential to extend
