Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book appointments
• Use and schedule Microsoft Outlook calendars
• Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
• Liaise with clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Accurately enter data on to a series of databases

Skills & Experience 

• Previous office-based experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional telephone manner
• Good attention to detail
