Hybrid working has become available for an experienced administrative professional with a talent for speaking fluent Czech as well as English.  This role is highly desirable as it only requires 2 working days at the office per week.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide office based support to the customer service function of a large multi-national brand
  • Support customers with the management of their online orders
  • Handle enquiries relating to customer deliveries
  • Manage returns process and support customers with credit notes
  • Uphold excellent customer service in line with brand policies

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent written, reading and spoken Czech as well as fluent English language skills essential
  • Professional telephone manner essential
  • Experience in a specific B2B administration role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Fully competent with MS Office
