Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls from service users
• Provide advice and guidance to vulnerable people
• Liaise with external organisations such as police and CPS
• Book appointments and referrals for service users
• Enter confidential data onto a bespoke system

Skills and Experience:  

• Demonstratable data entry experience
• Excellent diary management skills
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Experience of working directly with vulnerable people
• Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection

Hours: Shifts between 9:00am-7:30pm, 30 hours per week

Salary: c£11.00 – £12.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Duration: Temporary for approx. 12 weeks, potential to become permanent
