The ideal candidate will be working with various computer packages, to liaise with care providers, service users, and social workers across the region to ensure vulnerable individuals have the scheduled homecare visits they need to live comfortably.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the wider Adult Social Care directorates
• Work with multiple screens to schedule homecare appointments
• Answer the phones and handle queries relating to homecare
• Process information in line with company standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience essential
• Competent user of IT systems with the ability to pick up new software quickly
• Professional telephone manner
• Able to maintain a mature approach and strong adherence to Data Protection Act
• Happy to commit to working on site

Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 3:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Salary:  c£9.50 per hour D.O.E

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
