We are supporting a specialist Property Maintenance firm with their current recruitment drive. Our award-winning client is looking to recruit a small team of Claims Handlers on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Our client operates a shift pattern as follows:

• Week 1 rotation – Monday to Friday 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Week 2 rotation – Monday to Friday 1:30pm – 9:00pm

Training period will be one week, from 9:00am – 4:00pm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide a bespoke service tailored to the customers need
• Manage property insurance claims on behalf of customers
• Liaise with other property management experts and insurers
• Always aim to exceed client’s expectations
• Log all information relating to claims on the case management software
• Send emails and correspondence as required

Skills & Experience

• Able to demonstrate good customer service experience
• Professional telephone manner
• Naturally empathetic and able to put a customer at ease
• IT literate with accurate keyboard skills
