Express Recruitment are excited to be supporting our fantastic client, who are based just outside of Nottingham City Centre. Our client is looking to recruit a keen and committed Finance Officer to provide daily operational support to their busy internal Finance Division. This role requires a candidate to hit the ground running so a candidate should have experience with the relevant software below.

Duties to include:

Update a range of financial data on IRIS Accounting Software

Manage and prepare set budgets within the business

Process BACs and reconcile supplier statements

Set up new suppliers and direct debit details with accuracy

Chase outstanding monies and debt

Background required:

Experience of using PS/IRIS software essential

Previous experience within an education setting or similar preferred

Strong numerical skills, confident with figures

Advanced computer skills, to include MS Excel

Previous credit control experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Salary: c£10.50 – £11.50 per hour DOE

Location: Nottingham

Duration: Temp for approx. 6-9 months, potential to extend
